Intro
When investors think of real estate disruptors, they usually have the likes of Opendoor Technologies (OPEN) in mind, or more recently a housing finance company with the ticker BETR.
However, while these two companies do have a lot of retail hype behind them, none of it is backed by actual financial performance in the form of revenue or earnings growth. In fact, both of these retail darlings have seen severe top line declines in recent years.
A major red flag for me.
All they have disrupted so far is their shareholders’ portfolios…
You should know that, as a hyper growth investor, I exclusively invest in stocks with a consistent growth track record, with very few, if any, setbacks along the way. I would never invest in companies such as OPEN or BETR, at least as they stand today, because at this point I view it as a pure gamble.
I am on the hunt for unicorns, not turnaround stories.
And as it relates to the housing industry, I believe I have found the ticker with the best risk adjusted return profile.
I have never seen a company deliver faster top line growth at this scale.
A company that nobody is talking about, while it is quietly reshaping the real estate industry.
